The balcony in my room offered a nice view towards the canals. The eco-friendly bathroom products provided a decent shower experience, aligning with contemporary travel standards.
Rooms are small and decorated, which might not suit everyone's taste for spaciousness. Expect some traffic noise at night, which could disrupt your sleep if you're a light sleeper. Breakfast options are limited to a standard continental spread, lacking variety and creativity, while the presence of scaffolding outside diminished the visual appeal.

The Room is clean and comfortable. The staff are friendly and polite.
The Internet Access, among the all other rooms, only my room don't have the good internet access. There was no signal at all. I have to go out of my room to have internet access. They suggested to transfer mt to a different room and I agreed but it didn't happened. I have to deal with the idea of not having the internet access inside my room during the duration of my stay.

Great location and very clean
Our room was very basic - cold tiled floors and poor bedding let the room down.

We were there for two nights. Hotel has great location. There is a tram in front of the hotel, what goes to The Duomo. Staff was very kind and helpful. Nice, clean room.

It was a quirky hotel in a trendy area, just off the tram line/road intersection, Italy in 3 different occasions and nice shops and pubs around.

Location was really good. Tram lines, close to restaurants, Navigli and 10 minutes walk from the centre. Nice, helpful staff. Room had done all the essentials quite nicely, everything was new and well thought out. Good beds. Enjoyed the balcony overlooking the street life.
Breakfast choice was good but depending on when you came somethings were not available/not refilled. Staff could perhaps prioritize serving the guests above washing the dishes. Very close to a square so could be noisy during the week if odd musicians decided to play, but you could fairly say this is an acceptable consequence of the great central location.

Perfectly situated near the Navigli Canal, with easy access to a tram station right outside. Clean and spacious room with a lovely balcony view of the city. Michael at reception was a standout, always ready to help with dining recommendations and local tips. Enjoyed a continental breakfast with plenty of variety, although the hot options could use some enhancement. The noise from the lively streets was a bit disruptive at night, despite efforts to soundproof the rooms. I appreciated the complimentary earplugs, but they didn't completely mask the sound. Staff friendliness was spot on, though a couple of encounters with less engaging staff were noticeable.

The rooms were simply decorated and functional with a balcony, the best views, for example, nothing to complain about. We booked it for £ 36. Location: the hotel was really close to the canal / river of Navigli which is such a buzzing area, nice night life and trendy restaurants and bars.

We had a great stay with super spacious rooms and enjoyed the cool amenities like the relaxing rooftop terrace and the cozy lounge area. Even though the breakfast wasn't available in the way we expected, it didn't put a damper on our experience. I recommend checking out the nearby restaurants for some amazing local food 😊

Clean, well equipped, modern without being sterile, friendly staff, overall excellent> My daughter is going to Milan soon and I've booked her there; nuff said? Oh yes, outstanding breakfast with lots of choices. Great way to start the day.
Wifi for my iPad was finicky, so I used the cafe's next door, where they were happy to let me use.

The hotel was nice and clean, a good place to take a rest. It was located nearby the shopping, restaurants and bars so very good if you like these things.
